Helping parents raise children who are ready for an AI-driven world
Evidence-based coaching, school workshops and mentoring that help children build the human skills technology can’t replace.
You love your child. So why does it feel like you’re losing them?
You’re not imagining it.
- Your child disappears into their bedroom the moment they get home, and you’re left wondering who they’re becoming.
- Every conversation about screens turns into a battle, so you’ve started avoiding the topic altogether.
- You suspect they talk to AI or friends online more than they talk to you, and it stings.
- The school keeps mentioning AI and digital skills, but no one has told you what that actually means for your family.
- You’re doing everything you know how to do, and it still doesn’t feel like enough.
The world just changed faster than anyone prepared us for.

Why I care so much about this
After more than two decades in education, I realised parents need just as much support as children. When parents understand the science behind behaviour, learning and technology, family life changes.

Helping families prepare children for a world that’s changing faster than ever
Educator • Parent Coach • AI & Future Skills Specialist
I’m Kanika Taneja, an educator, parent coach and mentor with more than 20 years of experience helping children, young people and families.
Throughout my career, I’ve watched childhood change in ways no previous generation has experienced. Smartphones, social media and now artificial intelligence are transforming how children learn, communicate and understand the world around them. Parents are doing their best to keep up, yet many feel uncertain about the right decisions for their family.
My work brings together the science of child development, psychology, education and technology to help parents understand what is really driving their child’s behaviour. When parents have that understanding, everyday challenges become easier to navigate, communication improves and children develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive.
Alongside my coaching, I continue to teach GCSE and A Level Computer Science, giving me a unique perspective on how technology is shaping education and the future of work. Every strategy I share is grounded in research, supported by over two decades of classroom experience and tested in real family life.
My goal isn’t to tell you how to parent.
It’s to give you the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to make informed decisions for your own family and prepare your child for a future where human skills will matter more than ever
Why parents trust me with their family’s Digital Future
I’m not a tech guru who’s never raised kids.
I’m not a parenting expert who doesn’t understand technology.
I’m both.
I’ve worked as a Parent Coach, Educator, and Mentor and more importantly, I’ve raised my own children through this digital revolution. I’ve been in the trenches with young people day in and day out, experiencing firsthand what they are going through.
Here’s what makes my approach different:
♦ I speak both languages: I understand parenting AND technology. I can translate between your world and your child’s world.
♦ Real-world experience: I’m not theorizing from an ivory tower. I’ve raised my own kids through this. I work with children daily in educational settings. I see both sides.
♦ Future-focused approach: I don’t help you “survive” the digital age. I help you THRIVE in it and teach your child to do the same.
♦ No judgment, no shame: You’re doing your best in a world that didn’t come with a manual. I meet you where you are.
♦ Practical, not preachy: You don’t need another lecture about screen time limits. You need strategies that actually work in real life.
